The Site Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with applicable quality requirements, approved project documentation, and contractual obligations, and supporting consistent quality performance across site operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and maintain quality requirements for site activities.
  • Coordinate with Construction teams to integrate quality into daily work execution.
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved documentation and agreed procedures.
  • Manage and supervise site inspections, tests, and verification activities.
  • Control material and product quality prior to and during use on site.
  • Monitor inspection and test implementation and maintain traceability of works.
  • Manage non-conformities, observations, and corrective actions, ensuring timely close-out.
  • Supervise subcontractor quality performance and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and support reporting of quality performance.
  • Support coordination with the FIDIC Engineer and other stakeholders on quality-related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Latvian language and English language proficiency, both spo-ken and written, to perform duties in relation to all colleagues coming from JV partner companies.
  • Practical experience with site QA/QC, inspections, ITPs, NCR management, and material approvals.
  • Working knowledge of EN standards, project specifications, and contract-based quality systems.
  • Experience with digital quality management tools and document control systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and interfaces simultaneously.
