The General Management Team Quality General Supervisor’s core responsibility is to establish,
maintain and implement the Quality Management System for all works within the ERB Rail portfolio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work closely with the QSHE Director, the wider QSHE Function and the Production Team to develop and implement the strategies and processes defined by the General Management Team for use across the JV and Supply Chain including QA/QC procedures and the logging of necessary records.
  • To develop and implement the Digital tools linked to the Quality Management System.
  • To ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System and any relevant Standards, Contract Regulation or local legislation. Contract Regulation or local legislation.
  • To evaluate the quality performance of E.R.B. Rail delivered works and that of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring that they adhere to contractual requirements and quality standards.
  • To conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews to assess compliance with quality standards, to identify opportunities for improvement, and to verify the effectiveness of quality management systems.
  • To facilitate the completion and handover of construction projects, ensuring that all quality-related documentation, records, and certifications are obtained and provided to the client.
  • To monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels, seeking feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall quality of construction services.
  • To devise and implement a training program for Quality and non-quality professionals, including the development and delivery of any in-house Quality Training requirements.
  • To prepare and collect KPI data for trend analysis and periodic reporting for the client.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Engineer’s degree.
  • At least 10 years of working experience as a Quality manager.
  • High level of English, both spoken and written (at least at B1 level).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to attend the Project objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to the different stages and demands of the Project and adjust plans as required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
