The South Regional Management Team Interfaces Manager is responsible for managing the technical conditions during the Works implementation requested by the third parties in the Detail Technical Design (DTD). Thus, he/she will support in the technical matters the Stakeholder Director who acts as the key point of the ERB JV for local authorities. At the DRCP stage, he/she will communicate the technical discussions and agreements with the third parties to the Technical Team which is responsible for the delivery of the DRCP Constructability reports/DRCP Cost optimization reports. At the Works stage, he/she will manage and coordinate the technical matters with the third parties to the Section Management Team which is responsible for the delivery of works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work closely with the Stakeholder Director, the South General Supervisor to implement the strategies and processes defined by the General Management Team.
  • To identify and define the technical interfaces between the Project and stakeholders. He/she will be supported by technical department.
  • To manage the technical interface documentation with stakeholders.
  • To coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, to ensure clarity regarding interface requirements.
  • To facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in interface development and implementation.
  • To identify and mitigate interface-related risks and dependencies with stakeholders that may influence project timelines or deliverables.
  • To monitor and track interface-related tasks with stakeholders, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle in support of the Region Management Team.
  • To provide regular updates and reports on interface status, progress, and technical issues to project stakeholders.
  • To identify, review, monitor, and track construction interfaces.
  • To ensure timely resolution of Project interfaces throughout the Project lifecycle, utilizing tools such as BIM.
  • To coordinate technical interfaces between the Section Management Team and stakeholders and leading technical interface meetings with the Section Management Team and stakeholders to
    anticipate and prevent construction issues.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Engineer’s degree.
  • Good level of English, both spoken and written (at least B2 level).
  • Good level in Latvian.
  • Experience of 10 years as interface manager in one railway project with the turnover exceeding EUR 200 million.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relations internally and externally.
  • Ability to commit deadlines to attend the Projects objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to the different stages of the project and eventual changes to the plan.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
