It is important to note that only those companies registered on the Lodace sourcing platform will be eligible to receive invitations to tender. This platform will serve as the exclusive gateway to our procurement processes, ensuring that all tendering is streamlined and accessible.
Please keep in mind that the entire procurement and application process will be conducted in English. We will not be utilizing the Latvian Electronic Procurement System for this initiative, so proficiency in English is essential for your participation.

How We Engage:
- Create a Profile on Lodace:
- Register by yourself and send us an email when it’s done.
- By being detailed in completing the registration, your company will get a better visibility.
- Access the ITT and Inquiries:
- Once an opportunity related to your scope of work arises, ERB Rail will contact you and send you the invitation to tender directly on Lodace. Depending on the scope of work, a non-disclosure agreement might be requested prior to receiving any documentation about the project.
- The invitation to tender will contain all the information required to provide your offer (this include the draft of the contract agreement and T&Cs, the Scope of Works, and the associated detail design
- All the questions and clarifications related to an invitation to tender must be raised directly on Lodace.
- Submit Your Offer:
- Answer all questions in the technical and commercial envelope on Lodace.
- Submit your best offer.
- Awarding the Contract and Signing the Agreement:
- Awarding will be based on an objective evaluation grid considering price, planning, health and safety, technical, environment, quality, etc.
