{"id":3291,"date":"2026-05-29T16:16:32","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T13:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/erbrail.com\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=3291"},"modified":"2026-05-29T16:17:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T13:17:41","slug":"document-controlling-specialist","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/erbrail.com\/en\/careers\/document-controlling-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"Document controlling specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Document controlling specialist is responsible for organizing the document management activities for the General Management Team and the Regional Management Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To work closely with another Document Controller and Document controlling specialist to implement the document management strategies and processes de\ufb01ned by the General Management Team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To manage the \ufb02ow of construction documents, drawings, speci\ufb01cations, reports, correspondence, and other project-related documentation in both digital and physical formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To utilize EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) and other softwares to organize, store, track, and distribute project documents e\ufb00ectively.
